Refund Policy

At Nationwide HVAC Distribution, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

Unopened Merchandise & Accessories

• Products that are new, unused, and unopened may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• A full refund will be issued once the return has been received and inspected.

Opened but Undamaged Merchandise

• Products that have been opened but remain in new condition are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

• These returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Additional Notes

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• Items returned damaged, missing parts, or outside the 30-day window may not be eligible for a refund.
